Nello brings its own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer us to use your own products or supplies, we can accommodate that request.

Yes. Nello offers one-time cleaning services as well as recurring cleaning.
How often can I schedule recurring cleaning?
Recurring cleaning is customized to your needs. You can discuss the schedule that works best for your home or business with Nello.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. It's completely up to you. You can be home during the cleaning or make other arrangements for our team to access the space.
How can I book a cleaning?

How much notice should I give when booking?
We recommend giving 24–48 hours' notice so we can properly schedule your service.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment can be made without a fee. For requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the 25% booking amount may be retained. Depending on the circumstances, Nello may choose to apply the retained amount toward a future appointment. We understand that unexpected situations happen, and each request may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?
If you have a concern with your service, please contact Nello Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM so we can discuss the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
Are there things Nello doesn't clean?
Nello does not handle dangerous or hazardous materials or situations. If you're unsure whether something can be cleaned, contact us before booking and we'll let you know.
